Empresahaus
Community Standards
Last Updated: October 1, 2026
Empresahaus is a community for people who want to connect, contribute their skills, build meaningful relationships, and move ideas forward together.
For that to work, members need to trust the people they meet here.
These Community Standards establish the expectations for participating in Empresahaus and are designed to help create an environment that is professional, constructive, safe, and useful for everyone.
By using Empresahaus, you agree to follow these standards in addition to our Terms of Service and other applicable policies.
1. Be Respectful
Treat other members with professionalism and basic human respect.
Disagreement is allowed. Different ideas, backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, and working styles are part of building with other people.
Personal attacks are not.
Do not:
- Harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, or demean another person.
- Target someone with repeated unwanted communication.
- Use hateful, degrading, or dehumanizing language.
- Encourage harassment or abuse by others.
- Make unwanted sexual comments or advances.
- Deliberately humiliate or antagonize another member.
Critique ideas, work, strategies, and decisions without attacking the person behind them.
2. Contribute, Don't Just Extract
Empresahaus is built around mutual contribution.
Members may join because they have an idea they want to build, because they want to meet people with complementary skills, or because they are looking for opportunities to contribute to something meaningful. Whatever brings you here, participation should not be one-sided.
Members are expected to:
- Bring useful skills, knowledge, ideas, effort, or perspective to their teams.
- Respect the time and contributions of others.
- Communicate when circumstances change.
- Follow through on commitments they voluntarily make.
- Be clear about what they can and cannot contribute.
- Give appropriate recognition for the work of others.
You are not required to participate in every opportunity presented to you. You are expected to be straightforward about the opportunities you choose to accept.
3. Be Honest About Who You Are
Trust starts with authenticity.
Your profile and communications should accurately represent you, your background, your abilities, and your intentions.
Do not:
- Impersonate another person, business, organization, government entity, or public official.
- Create intentionally deceptive profiles.
- Fabricate credentials, experience, employment, education, skills, accomplishments, or affiliations.
- Misrepresent your role in a company, project, or team.
- Use another person's identity, photograph, work, or information deceptively.
- Pretend to represent Empresahaus unless you are authorized to do so.
You may present yourself professionally. You may not materially misrepresent yourself.
4. Respect Commitments
Building something with other people requires reliability.
If you agree to participate in a project, meeting, task, or team, make a reasonable effort to honor that commitment.
If you cannot, communicate.
Repeatedly abandoning commitments, misleading teammates about your availability, or intentionally wasting another member's time may result in restrictions on your account. Empresahaus recognizes that circumstances change. These standards are intended to discourage patterns of irresponsible behavior—not punish someone because life happened.
5. Protect Privacy
Respect the privacy of other members.
Do not share another person's private or confidential information without permission.
This includes, where applicable:
- Personal contact information.
- Home addresses.
- Private messages.
- Financial information.
- Login credentials.
- Identification documents.
- Confidential business information.
- Private files or documents.
- Information shared within a team with an expectation of confidentiality.
Do not record private conversations, meetings, calls, or video sessions without any consent required by applicable law.
Never use information obtained through Empresahaus to stalk, threaten, intimidate, exploit, or harm another person.
6. Respect Intellectual Property
People should feel comfortable sharing ideas and work with their teams.
Respect copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, confidential materials, and other intellectual property rights.
Do not knowingly:
- Claim someone else's work as your own.
- Upload or distribute material you do not have the right to use.
- Copy another member's proprietary materials without permission.
- Misrepresent the authorship or ownership of work.
- Use confidential information obtained through a team or project for an unauthorized purpose.
Members are responsible for establishing appropriate agreements regarding ownership, compensation, confidentiality, equity, intellectual property, or other rights when collaborating outside the functionality provided by Empresahaus.
Joining or communicating through Empresahaus does not, by itself, establish a partnership, employment relationship, joint venture, ownership interest, or entitlement to another member's business or intellectual property.
7. No Hate or Discrimination
Empresahaus does not permit content or conduct that attacks, threatens, dehumanizes, or promotes hatred toward people based on protected characteristics.
This includes characteristics such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other characteristics protected by applicable law.
Members may discuss difficult subjects and disagree with one another.
Disagreement does not justify harassment, threats, discrimination, or hate.
8. No Threats, Violence, or Dangerous Conduct
Do not use Empresahaus to threaten, promote, coordinate, encourage, or celebrate serious violence or physical harm.
This includes credible threats against another person or group.
Content or activity involving legitimate educational, documentary, newsworthy, or prevention-related discussion may be treated differently depending on context.
When we believe there may be a credible threat to someone's safety, we may take immediate action and, when appropriate or legally required, contact relevant authorities.
9. No Sexual Exploitation or Predatory Behavior
Empresahaus is intended for professional collaboration and community building.
Sexual exploitation, coercion, predatory behavior, sexually explicit solicitation, and non-consensual sexual content are prohibited.
Never share intimate images or recordings of another person without their consent. Any sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported when required by law. Empresahaus may also report such conduct to appropriate authorities when circumstances warrant.
10. No Scams, Fraud, or Exploitation
Do not use Empresahaus to deceive or financially exploit other members.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Fraudulent business opportunities.
- Investment scams.
- Advance-fee scams.
- Phishing.
- Identity theft.
- Deliberately deceptive fundraising.
- Fake job opportunities.
- Pyramid or similar fraudulent schemes.
- Requests for passwords or authentication codes.
- Misrepresentation intended to obtain money, property, services, or confidential information.
Exercise appropriate judgment before entering into any business arrangement with another member.
Empresahaus provides a platform for people to connect. A member's presence on the platform should not be interpreted as an endorsement, certification, guarantee, or verification of any business opportunity unless Empresahaus expressly states otherwise.
11. Don't Spam the Community
Empresahaus should be useful—not noisy.
Do not engage in:
- Repetitive unsolicited messages.
- Mass promotional outreach.
- Automated messaging intended primarily to solicit members.
- Irrelevant advertising.
- Link spam.
- Artificial engagement.
- Repeated invitations after someone has declined.
- Attempts to harvest member information for outside marketing.
Appropriate networking and business conversations are welcome.
Using members as a mailing list is not.
12. Keep Opportunities Transparent
Members may encounter potential business relationships, partnerships, freelance opportunities, employment opportunities, collaborations, or other arrangements through Empresahaus.
When presenting an opportunity, be clear about what you are proposing.
Do not intentionally conceal material information about:
- Compensation.
- Required work.
- Financial commitments.
- Ownership expectations.
- Equity arrangements.
- Business risks.
- The nature of the opportunity.
- Your authority to make the offer.
Members should independently evaluate opportunities and enter into appropriate written agreements when necessary.
13. Do Not Exploit Team Relationships
Collaboration requires trust.
Do not manipulate a team relationship to improperly obtain free labor, confidential information, customers, intellectual property, money, or other benefits.
If the nature of a project changes materially, communicate that change to the people participating in it.
Members should know what they are agreeing to before substantial work is expected from them.
14. No Illegal Activity
Do not use Empresahaus to facilitate, organize, promote, or engage in unlawful activity.
This includes using the platform to sell, purchase, distribute, or coordinate prohibited goods or services.
Members are responsible for understanding and complying with laws and regulations applicable to their activities, businesses, projects, communications, and relationships.
15. Protect the Platform
Do not interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of Empresahaus.
You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
- Circumvent platform restrictions or security controls.
- Introduce malware or malicious code.
- Scrape or harvest information in violation of our Terms.
- Manipulate platform features or matching systems.
- Use bots or unauthorized automation to create artificial activity.
- Attempt to discover or exploit security vulnerabilities.
- Help another person evade an account restriction or suspension.
If you discover a potential security issue, report it to Empresahaus rather than attempting to exploit it.
16. One Person, Genuine Participation
Do not create accounts for the purpose of misleading others, manipulating the platform, evading enforcement, impersonating people, or manufacturing artificial activity.
We may restrict duplicate, fraudulent, deceptive, or coordinated accounts when we believe they undermine the integrity of the community.
17. Keep Profiles and Shared Content Appropriate
Profiles, messages, project materials, files, posts, images, and other content shared through Empresahaus should be appropriate for a professional community.
Do not post, upload, send, or share:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
- Graphic or gratuitous violence.
- Hate or targeted harassment.
- Fraud or deceptive schemes.
- Illegal activity.
- Malicious software.
- Serious privacy violations.
- Content that infringes the rights of others.
We may remove other material that creates a significant safety or integrity risk for the community.
Context matters, and not every difficult or controversial subject violates these standards.
18. Respect Boundaries
Every member has the right to decide whom they communicate or work with.
If someone declines an invitation, leaves a team, ends a conversation, blocks communication, or clearly asks you to stop contacting them, respect that decision.
Do not attempt to circumvent someone's boundaries through additional accounts, outside channels, or other members.
19. Report Problems
Community standards work best when members help protect the community.
If you encounter behavior that may violate these standards, please report it through the reporting tools or contact method provided by Empresahaus.
When submitting a report, provide enough information for us to understand what happened.
Reports should be made in good faith.
Do not knowingly submit false reports, coordinate malicious reports against another member, or misuse reporting systems as a form of retaliation.
20. How Empresahaus May Respond
When we become aware of a potential violation, we may review relevant information and take action based on factors such as:
- The nature of the conduct.
- Its severity.
- The context in which it occurred.
- Whether harm occurred or was reasonably likely.
- Whether the behavior was intentional.
- Whether similar conduct has occurred previously.
- The risk presented to other members or the platform.
Depending on the circumstances, Empresahaus may:
- Provide a warning.
- Remove content.
- Limit certain platform features.
- Restrict communication or matching capabilities.
- Temporarily suspend an account.
- Permanently disable an account.
- Take other actions reasonably necessary to protect members or the platform.
- Make reports to appropriate authorities when required by law or when circumstances warrant.
Severe violations may result in immediate account removal without a prior warning.
21. Enforcement Is Contextual
No written policy can anticipate every situation.
Empresahaus may consider context when applying these standards and may take action against conduct that is not specifically described here when we reasonably determine that the conduct creates a serious risk of harm, fraud, abuse, exploitation, or disruption to the community.
We may also determine that conduct technically falling within a prohibited category does not warrant enforcement when legitimate educational, documentary, safety, or other relevant context materially changes its meaning.
22. Activity Outside Empresahaus
In limited circumstances, Empresahaus may take action based on conduct occurring outside the platform when we reasonably believe that the conduct creates a serious and credible risk to members, the community, or the integrity of Empresahaus.
We will consider the reliability of available information and the connection between the conduct and the Empresahaus community before taking action.
23. These Standards May Evolve
Empresahaus will continue to evolve, and these Community Standards may evolve with it.
We may update these standards to address new features, behaviors, risks, legal requirements, or community needs.
When appropriate, we will update the "Last Updated" date above.
Continued use of Empresahaus after revised standards become effective constitutes acceptance of those standards to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Standard We Expect
Empresahaus is built around a simple idea:
People can move further when they find the right people and build together.
That only works when people show up with integrity.
Be someone others can trust.
Be clear about what you want to build.
Be equally clear about what you can contribute.
Respect people's work, ideas, boundaries, and time.
Do what you say you will do.
And when you join a team, help make that team stronger because you are part of it.
Build your future. Together.
